Not much more than a sprinkling of powder but the ice crystals on the tree limbs shimmered in early morning. Painting a dusting of snow is a challenge without the drama of deep blue\/purple shadows.<\/p>\n<p>A huge raccoon showed up near the oak tree on Xmas eve, refusing to leave after it ignored my shouting.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.furiousdreams.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/12\/Snow.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8169\" title=\"Snow\" src=\"https:\/\/www.furiousdreams.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/12\/Snow.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"432\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.furiousdreams.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/12\/Viewacrossfence.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8170\" title=\"Viewacrossfence\" src=\"https:\/\/www.furiousdreams.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/12\/Viewacrossfence.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"338\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The kitten, Sonny, is growing up.
