We were mesmerized by Farm Manager Sebastian Kretschmer&#8217;s voice and I bet the pigs are too. Located on 432 Acres of farm, woodlands and gardens, Kimberton Hills began in 1972 as part of the international Camphill movement that provides programs and services for children, youth and adults with developmental disabilities.\u00c2\u00a0Karl Koenig, MD, started the first Camphill center in 1940 in Scotland; Camphill now includes over 100 independent communities in 16 countries
